根管治療の必要性

虫歯が進行して歯の神経（歯髄）まで達すると、激しい痛みや感染が発生します。この場合、根管治療が必要となります。根管治療は、感染した歯髄を除去し、根管内を清掃・消毒した後、充填する治療法です。

根管治療の流れ

根管治療は複数回の通院が必要です。まず、感染した歯髄を除去し、根管内を徹底的に清掃します。その後、根管内を消毒し、再発を防ぐために根管を密閉します。最後に、歯を補強するためにクラウンを装着します。

抜歯の適応

保存が難しい虫歯や重度の歯周病、親知らずなど、必要に応じて抜歯を行います。抜歯後のケアや、抜歯による口腔内の変化についても詳しく説明し、適切な治療を行います。

痛みの管理
